Dear friend,
My name is Natalia Kern and I can probably help you.
I guess this is the part where I'm supposed to talk about myself and how important I am. But it's probably better if we focus on ...
What's Really Stopping You
You know what I mean? It's those times when you decide you're going to post on social media every day.
You do it for a week, maybe two. And then, quietly, you stop.
Or you get a business idea and you're excited about it. You get started. Then something new catches your eye, and the idea goes in the drawer with the others.
Or you put something out there and it doesn't go the way you hoped.
Someone leaves an unkind comment, or the numbers come back low ...and it gets hard to pick it back up.
Or there's so much to do that you freeze, and it all starts to feel like too much.
Or it has to be perfect, so it never quite gets finished.
Or you hold it back altogether, because you're worried about what people might think.
If any of that sounds familiar, I want you to know something.
It's completely normal. It happens to all of us. And it's not your fault.
What almost nobody gets to see is why it happens ...and why it keeps happening.
What's Really Going On
Every one of those is a pattern.
You can think of patterns as the default settings in your mind. Some of them have been with you since the day you were born.
And they're still being shaped every day, by what you scroll past and by the little comments from the people around you.
Some of that strengthens the old patterns. Some of it quietly adds new ones, without you ever noticing.
Here's why that matters.
- Your patterns create and control your beliefs.
- Your beliefs influence your thoughts.
- And your thoughts are ultimately what create your reality.
So when a pattern isn't serving you, you feel it everywhere. You start things and don't finish them. You keep waiting to "feel ready" for a day that doesn't come.
More information won't change that.
And I want to be clear about something. There's nothing wrong with you.
But What You're Feeling Is Real
Every idea you put on the shelf. Every time you said no because you were scared, or worried about being judged, or still stinging from the last thing that didn't work.
It doesn't just go away. It piles up. You carry it around with you. Some days you can actually feel it in your body.
And the longer it sits there, the more it feels like it's too late. Especially if you've had some success before and you know what that feels like. Nobody wants to feel small. And nobody wants to start over where everyone can see.
I see that. And I know how it feels.
Let It Go ...And Make Room For What You Really Want
That's what October 10th is about.
This is a bit of an experiment. Some people would call it a class. To me, it's really more of an experience.
This is an invitation. Come as you are.
I'll guide you through it, live. We find what's been weighing on you and give it some room. You let it go. And once it's gone, there's space for something new ...so we build that on purpose.
You'll feel better that day, often much better. And then we anchor it, so it stays with you after we're done.
When you let go of what's been weighing on you, you change your reality.
Like This ...
- Instead of buying another course and letting it sit, you start using what you already know.
- You put things out there and see what happens. You send the email instead of rewriting it five more times.
- You keep making good content, whether or not people engage with it right away.
- You finish what you started, even when a new idea comes along.
- What other people think matters a lot less. You make things you care about, and you share them because you want to.
- You make your offer without waiting for it to be perfect or for the "right time."
- You press record without overthinking it, because you trust yourself.
- You enjoy your life and your business a whole lot more.
You were born to enjoy your life. And it's never too late. You can start from wherever you are right now.
Your only job is to accept the invitation and show up.
Here's What We'll Do Together
We'll be together live on October 10th, and we'll go through three steps.
Identify
First, you'll see what's really been holding you back. In my experience, it's almost never what you think it is.
What feels like the problem is usually driven by a pattern, a bit like a program running quietly in the background.
That's why it's been so hard to shift on your own. You've been working on the part you can see.
Release
Then we let those patterns go.
The way we do it is gentle. We record over them, the way you'd record a new song over an old tape. The new one starts playing ...and the old one fades out.
What we record is step 3.
Replace
Then, on purpose, we build new patterns that support you. You get clear on what you truly want, what your purpose is, and what you desire most deeply. Then you build specific mental models that use those as fuel. This is where you reconnect with what really moves you.
And when we're done, you'll know how to ...
Reprogram Your Mind
And make it stick.
So you'll be able to ...
- Tune out the noise. The influencers, the endless stream on social media, the shiny new tactics, and everyone telling you what you "should" be doing. It simply stops pulling at you.
- Stop comparing yourself to people who look like they're "ahead" of you online.
- Stay focused on what matters to you, even when everything else is asking for your attention.
Let Criticism Roll Off
- Hear criticism without it shaking you. What other people say or think stops running your day.
- Read an unkind comment, take a breath ...and get back to what you were doing.
- Take a flop in stride. A post that doesn't land or a launch that doesn't sell is just information about what to try next.
- Worry a lot less about what people might think.
Finish What You Start
- Follow through, finally, on the things you've been meaning to do.
- Keep going after the first excitement wears off.
- Give one idea enough time to show you what it can really do.
- Stop starting over every few months.
Stop Waiting
- Start before you "feel ready."
- Press "publish" without rewriting it ten more times.
- Share it before it's perfect ...and feel good about it.
- Make a decision and trust it.
- Show up, even on the days you don't feel like it.
Feel Faith Instead Of Fear
- Feel sure of what you're doing, even when nobody else gets it yet.
- Know why you're doing what you're doing, so you don't have to talk yourself into it each morning.
- Make choices on purpose instead of out of habit.
- Notice an old pattern when it shows up ...and choose differently.
Work That Feels Good
- Feel energized and inspired, even on an ordinary Tuesday.
- Wake up looking forward to working on your business.
- Feel like your work truly means something to you.
And at the end of the day, you feel happier. You have a real sense of purpose ...and that gives you a steady drive to do what you need to do, so you can finally get what you want.
There's One Small Catch
It's pretty simple. If you'd like to join me, you leave a $7 deposit when you register.
Honestly, I don't care much about the $7. It just makes it a lot more likely that the people who sign up actually show up.
And before you register, there's something I want to be honest with you about.
This Isn't For Everyone
Remember how I said I can probably help you?
I said that because, for all I know, you might not like what I show you. And that's OK.
It might feel too intense for some people.
It might feel a little too "out there."
Or maybe it just won't be your thing. Who knows?
So instead of asking you to take my word for it, I'd rather you come, see for yourself, and then ...
Only Pay For It If It Helps You
Here's how it works.
You leave a $7 deposit when you register.
The experience itself is $285, and you don't pay for it until after you've been through it ...and only if you feel it was worth it.
Like this ...
We go live on Saturday, October 10th, at 11AM. We finish when we finish. I'm in no rush. What we're working on matters, and I'll spend as much time with you as you need.
When we're done, take a full day to decide whether it helped you.
If it did, wonderful.
You don't need to do anything, and my system will charge you $285 on Oct 12th.
You'll get the recordings on October 14th. (That gives me time to edit them and make them look good for you.)
If it didn't feel worth it, just let me know before October 12th (California time) and you won't be charged.
The only thing I ask is that you actually come.
If you don't show up, I can't help you.
If that feels right to you, here's what to do next.
Here's What To Do Next
Tell me where to send your reminders, and check the box that says it's OK to charge you $285 on the 12th unless you tell me not to. Then click "Next".

I hope to see you on the 10th,
Natalia Kern
P.S. Here's the short version.
It's a live, guided experience on Saturday, October 10th, starting at 11:00 AM Pacific.
Together, we find the patterns that keep you stuck, let them go, and replace them with new ones built on what really matters to you.
You leave a $7 deposit when you register.
The whole experience is $285 but you only pay after we're done. I'll hold off charging your card until October 12th. That way you have a full day to decide if the experience was worth it. If you don't think it was, just email me before Oct 12th and I won't charge you.
All you have to do is show up.
And my question is ...will you?
